Nelcon is a 21-year-old artist, born and raised in Utrecht, The Netherlands. With his extraordinary choice of flows and words, he brings a new sound to the Dutch hip-hop scene. Clothing is often among the subjects of his raps, gathering inspiration from polka dots, colors and monograms. Naturally, he's always on our radar when we're talking style and fashion.
